It is a large flat on the very top story of one of the largest and most expensive apartment buldings on the planet. The main room's walls are huge tinted windows, giving a spectacular view of the city. To the left is a large balcony with a small fountain and comfortable lounging couches. Her bedroom is down a hallway from the balcony. It is large and spacious. Her closet is huge, and stuffed full of all her clothing. Her bed is soft and has a silver blanket. The walls are a soft gold, and the floor is a dark mahogany color.

Sala walked into her friend's, Cacilya's, apartment, wondering where her friend was. She stopped as she turned the corner, and smiled, happy to see Cacilya. "Cacilya! There you are. I was wondering where you'd run off to." She said, a teasing smile on her face. She came and stood next to her friend, looking out the window, admiring the view.

Cacilya sighed. "Oh, yes.... It is so very beautiful, especially at this hour. See how the sun hits the roof of that building on the right just so? It seems to be on fire." She smiled, daydreaming. Coming back to her senses, she shook her head as if trying to discard troublesome thoughts. "Sala! What brings you here today? You said you were looking for me- why? What do I need to do?" She looked up inquisitively, he eyes huge. It was the look she always put on whenever she had to pretend she didn't know about something to get out of doing it- her own specialized "I'm innocent!" face.

Sala laughed. "No need to use that face on me, my friend. I came here looking for you, nothing was requested of you, you're completely free as far as I know." Sala sat down on one of the couches, comfortably, and she looked at her friend. "As am I," Sala said, smiling devilishly. "I wonder what we are ever possibly going to do this afternoon, both of us free, on this huge planet, nothing to do.." Sala said, examining one of her fingernails, stretching slightly, watching her friend for a reaction.

"Ah. Now I see." Cacilya smiled and took a seat on the couch opposite Sala. "You are trying to get me to go do something with you. What did you have in mind, my scheming friend?" She smiled mischeviously. She thought of something they could do, and started to twirl a strand of hair around her finger, the silky strands feeling soft against her hand. She always did that when she was tired, or bored, or thinking.
"You know," she said suddenly, "I believe there is a huge show down at the Opera House tonight. We might still be able to get tickets. We could go there. Otherwise I was planning on finishing one of my paintings this afternoon. Would you like to see it?"

Sala's head popped up to look at her friend, she smiled and sat up straighter. "Sounds exciting, I'd love to go. Do you know what time it is?" Sala stared at her friend, waiting. She sighed and said, not waiting for an answer. "Are you really positive that we'll be able to see this show at the Opera House?" Sala suddenly laughed, remembering something. "Remember last time we went to one of those, and you dragged me down to some bar, and got so drunk you passed out? Don't ever do that again, it was humiliating to have to drag you out and actually manage to hail a taxi." Sala said wryly, a small teasing smile gracing her face, before she got into another fit of peals of laughter. She tried to stop by putting her hand over her mouth, but she didn't succeed. "I-I'm sorry!" She sputtered between laughs, trying to apologize for bringing that up, at the look on her friend's face.

OOC: LOL, alright. What you said made me laugh, but I will do as you wish.

Cacilya glared at Sala. "You know I only did that because I was depressed about losing that vote in the senate. I haven't drunk any spirits since then." She turned her face upwards in a haughty gesture. 'You were drunk too, just not as much. You are such a hypocrite sometimes, Sala. Hmph." Cacilya shook her head in disgust, and walked away towards the window.

"Ha, and you're such a frump! You can't even take a joke." Sala crossed her arms. "Pity, I say. I wasn't very drunk, mind you, as you've already said. I just can't believe you got drunk from being depressed. I never thought that you would stoop so low, my friend. You can go over and sit in your own little corner and pout as long as you want, Cacilya, I don't care. I'm going to go out and have some fun, with or without you." Sala's mouth moved into a firm thin line, as she turned to leave, and as she did, was hoping that Cacilya would stop her.

"Mmm. Just give it up. Why waste valuable time arguing over silly things like getting drunk? Let's just go do something, please. I'll get Esne to get us some tickets for tonight's show. Esne!!" Cacilya's shrill voice carried throughout the apartment. Soon her favorite handmaiden showed up, bowing slightly to show her apology for being late. "There you are. Could you get a hold of two tickets for the show tonight at the Opera House please? It would lovely. Thank you!" She turned back to Sala. "You're not going out and having fun tonight without me. I get so bored stuck up in this old apartment day after day." She laughed.
